2011 is starting with a bang, literally speaking

Happy New Year, if there is one...Somehow the new year has started with a "bang", but the sound of it with violence everywhere. From the Arizona shootings to the Ivory Coast elections. There has been civil unrest in Algeria and a Tunisian uprising where President Ben Ali has lost his grip of power, some protests in Jordan and WikiLeaks are still doing more damage... somehow I believe these WikiLeaks have opened another Pandora's Box on freedom of expression. I wonder: To what extent are we, as world citizens, totally free?
